Content published
Funnels/pages created
Analytics data
Sales/lead records
Platform screenshots
For Phase 2 (Wealth Building):
Broker account setup
Funding records
Investment activity
Automation setup
Portfolio screenshots/statements
Screenshots must be dated and clearly attributable to you.
No proof = no refund.
2. Definition of “No Progress”
A refund may only be considered if, after full completion:
No measurable income increase AND
No meaningful audience growth AND
No savings/investment system in place
If you achieve progress in any of these areas, you are not eligible for a refund.
This program guarantees structure and systems — not specific financial outcomes.
3. Non-Compliance
You are not eligible for a refund if you:
❌ Fail to follow instructions
❌ Skip core modules
❌ Provide incomplete proof
❌ Abandon the program early
Lack of effort does not qualify for a refund.
4. Refund Request Process
All refund requests must:
Be submitted within 7 days of program completion (60-67 days from date of purchase)
Include all required documentation

Requests are reviewed within 14 business days.
Decisions are final.
5. Abuse & Fraud
We reserve the right to deny refunds for:
Falsified data
Manipulated screenshots
Misrepresentation
Multiple refund attempts
Bad-faith participation
Fraudulent activity will result in permanent removal without refund.

4. Intellectual Property

Documents

Remain the intellectual property of the program creator.
You may use them for personal business use only.
You may not:

5. Access & Termination

Coaching sessions
Feedback
Member data
Must remain confidential.
Recording or sharing without consent is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability

Platform bans

Technical failures
Third-party services

8. Program Modifications
